Log into Community of Science Workbench (http://www.cos.com/)

In the left-hand “Manage Your Profile” window, click “Journal Articles”.

In the “Add a Journal” window, click the link “Add a Medline^® Publication”

In the box that pops up, choose the year(s) to be searched, make sure the faculty member’s name is in the “Author” blank, and click the “Do the Search” button.

In the list of article citations that appears, click on the  icon to automatically add the citation to the user's Expertise record.
